Basically, this event will involve the various IGs like bazaar IG, and it will encourage the use of less waste; like instead of packaging the items to be sold, the plastic bag can be saved. It is also to encourage people to use more “green” bags instead of plastic bags. Even the floor mat used is a towel, so plastic floor mats will not go to waste.

It is also to show people that, in order to gain something, money is not always needed. And from this flea market, we can also save money by being eco friendly. Eco friendliness does not always need to be expensive, nor need to spend money. It is just a little effort, can not only go a long way, but can also save the environment in the long run too. In that way we can have a nicer environment to live in, resources will not be depleted so quickly, and so we can still bring it forth to the next generation.

CE is a module where it works like your CCA points that you have had in probably secondary school.

The difference is that there is a minimum requirement of 40 points, 10 Diploma active (DA)and 30 non- diploma active (NDA)

The main points that will really help you are DA, NDA, DP ( Diploma Passive).

You have to complete them within the 3 years of your study here in RP.

It is better to complete it in year one so you will have time for your other necessary modules.

The objective of this event is to create the awareness of recycling to the people around us.

And such things as recycled materials can be made into something meaningful like the Christmas tree.And recycled does not mean that it is no longer useful nor ugly. It still can be turned into something more beautiful.

This event is also brought to the less fortunate people who do not have the chance to receive the real meaning of Christmas compared to those who are more fortunate.
And thus, this is to show that recycling can be fun and all together, helped to remind us to celebrate together with those who do not have a chance to celebrate Christmas.
